Terms of service
Last updated October 26, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the X-Ray Onchain website at xrayonchain.com and its related pages, features, tools and content (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by TrustBlock Ltd. under the trade name “X-Ray Onchain” (“TrustBlock”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy and Cookie policy, which form part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on any government sanctions or restricted-party list. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is lawful where you are.
3. What the Service does
The Service retrieves publicly available data about blockchain addresses, trading accounts and prediction-market accounts (“wallets”) from public blockchains and third-party data sources, and presents analyses of it. These include profit and loss, win rate, returns, drawdown, activity patterns, scores, verdicts, rankings, skill-or-luck assessments and automated-trading (“bot”) indicators (together, “Analyses”).
Analyses are generated automatically by our methodology. They are estimates and opinions about past on-chain activity, not statements of fact, and we may change the methodology at any time without notice.
The Service is read-only. It never holds your funds or keys, and it cannot place trades or execute transactions for you.
4. No financial advice
The Service, all Analyses and all other content are provided for general information and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is, or should be treated as:
- financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice;
- a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, trade or copy any asset, position, market, wallet, trader or strategy; or
- an endorsement of any wallet, trader, token, protocol, exchange, market or project.
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, financial planner or fiduciary, and we are not registered or licensed as any of these. The Service does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Using it does not create an adviser–client, fiduciary or any other special relationship between you and us.
5. Your decisions, your risk
You alone are responsible for every decision you make, including any decision to trade, invest, follow, copy or rely on any wallet or trader. We have no involvement in, control over or responsibility for your decisions or their outcomes.
Before making any decision, do your own independent research and due diligence and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.
Digital assets, perpetual futures, leveraged products and prediction markets are highly volatile and speculative. You can lose some or all of the money you commit, and leveraged positions can lose more. Past performance, including any wallet’s history, score or verdict shown on the Service, does not indicate or guarantee future results. A wallet that looks profitable or skilled may have been lucky, may change its behaviour, or may be misattributed.
Any reliance you place on the Service is strictly at your own risk.
6. Data accuracy and third-party sources
Analyses depend on data from public blockchains, nodes, indexers, exchanges, prediction markets, price feeds and other third parties that we do not control. That data, and our processing of it, may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, misattributed or unavailable. In particular:
- figures may differ from those shown by exchanges, platforms or other tools, which may use different methods;
- prices, valuations and historical records may be missing or estimated;
- automated-trading indicators and other labels may be wrong in either direction; and
- we do not verify who owns or controls any wallet, and any names, usernames or social-media handles shown are self-reported or come from public or third-party sources, and are not verified.
We do not guarantee that any Analysis is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose, and we have no obligation to update or correct it.
7. Analyses of wallets and third parties
Analyses describe on-chain activity. They are not statements about the identity, character, honesty or conduct of any person. If you believe an Analysis of a wallet you control is wrong or harmful, contact us at [email protected]. We may review, correct, annotate or remove content at our sole discretion, but we are not obliged to.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in breach of any law or regulation, including sanctions, securities, commodities and anti-money-laundering laws;
- use the Service or its content to manipulate any market, to deceive anyone, or to present an Analysis as our endorsement or as investment advice;
- use the Service to harass, threaten or dox anyone, or to try to identify the person behind a wallet;
- scrape, crawl or access the Service by automated means beyond ordinary personal browsing, or systematically extract data from it to build a dataset or competing product, other than through the export and sharing features we provide or with our written permission;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service, try to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, or bypass any rate limit, security measure or access control; or
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Service, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction.
Search engines may index the public pages of the Service in line with our robots.txt file.
9. Accounts
Some features may require an account. If you create one, you must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend or close any account at our discretion.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, the “X-Ray Onchain” name, Analyses, scores and methodology, is owned by TrustBlock or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We do not claim ownership of the underlying public blockchain data.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may share links to the Service and images or cards exported from it, as long as you do not alter them in a misleading way and you keep any attribution to X-Ray Onchain. All other rights are reserved.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
11. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to, or display content from, third-party websites, platforms, protocols and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
12. Advertising and sponsored content
The Service may include advertising, sponsored content, partnerships or referral links. Where the law requires, these will be identified as such. Their presence is not an endorsement or recommendation by us, and any dealings you have with an advertiser or partner are solely between you and them.
13. Changes to the Service
The Service is currently free. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including by introducing paid features, at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you. We do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will be available at any particular time or at all. Paid features, if offered, may be subject to additional terms.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL ANALYSES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTBLOCK AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON ANY ANALYSIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) USD 100.
These limitations apply whatever the legal theory (contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise), and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless TrustBlock and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. The sections on no financial advice, your decisions and risk, data accuracy, analyses of wallets, intellectual property, the disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and disputes, and general terms survive any termination.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustBlock is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Before starting any proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
To the extent permitted by law: (a) any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred; and (b) claims may be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and takes effect when posted, unless we say otherwise. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example with a notice on the Service, and will give advance notice where the law requires it. By continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
20. General
- These Terms, together with the Privacy policy and Cookie policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
- If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, including as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
- We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- No one other than you and us has rights under these Terms, except the persons protected by the disclaimer, limitation of liability and indemnity sections, who may rely on them.
- These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only, and the English version prevails.
